This website, tideseed.com, is operated by Tideseed OÜ ("Tideseed", "we"), a company registered in Estonia. This policy explains what personal data we process when you use this site and what your rights are.

Data we collect

• Contact form: name, organisation, email address, your selected topic of interest and your message. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry.
• Technical data: the site is served via Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses and request metadata for security and delivery purposes. We do not run our own analytics or tracking cookies.

How we process contact form data

Form submissions are protected against abuse using Cloudflare Turnstile. Messages are delivered to us by email via the Resend service. Your data is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for marketing without your consent. We retain inquiry emails only as long as needed to handle the correspondence and any resulting business relationship.

Legal basis

We process contact form data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (f)).
